Any items marked (final sale) are not eligible for a refund. All final sale items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Free items are only eligible based on a specific order value and this is exclusive to the day and time as stated. If you wish to refund part of your order the free item is no longer eligible and must be returned. If the free item isn't returned then you will be charged for the current listed price. This will be deducted from other items being refunded. If you wish to exchange part of your order this will not impact your free items.

Sign up discount codes are not valid during our Black Friday sale and cannot be used additional to items already discounted.

If you are based in the UK you have 14 days to return your order for an exchange or full refund. Items used with a discount code are also eligible, for an exchange or full refund.Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached. Items marked as final sale are only exchangeable.

When using our returns portal if you return your order order for a refund you will be charged £3.99 for the use of our returns service. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

Complete the returns form and ensure you include it in the package when returning your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not return your parcel with either your returns form or packing slip, with your order number and customer information, this WILL delay the processing of your return.

International Returns

If you are based outside of the UK you have 30 days to return your order. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning. We only accept returns for a refund. We do not offer an exchange facility. Items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with original tags attached.

How to return your items

When receiving your order you will receive an invoice, a returns form is located on the back. Please complete this form as it is essential for us to process your request quickly.

If you have lost the returns form, then include your name and order/invoice number on a piece of paper.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Refunds and exchanges can only be processed for items returned within the stated returns period from the date your order was received.
  • UK customers will incur a £3.99 charge for returns, deducted from the refund. Exchanges, however, are free of additional charges.
  • Retain your returns receipt as proof, as we are not liable for lost returns. Without a return tracking code, we cannot confirm receipt of your return.
  • To process return costs, a returns receipt is essential as proof of return and cost, ensuring a smooth refund process.
  • Handle items with care when trying them on—avoid contact with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or antiperspirant. Items returned with marks or damage cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.
  • If an exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to out-of-stock items, a refund will be issued.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for the same products in alternate sizes.
  • Inspect all items upon receipt. Returns will only be accepted in their original condition and fit for resale unless the item is faulty and prior notice has been provided.
  • Ensure returned items are folded neatly and placed in the correct bags. Items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so securely package them to prevent transit damage.
  • Use a tracked delivery service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any faults that occur after 6 months from the date of receiving the item.
  • If you qualified for a free item promotion, all free items must be returned if you request a full refund for the related transaction.
Invalid Returns

If we receive items returned after 14 days for UK customers or after 30 days for outside of the UK customers your return will be not accepted under our terms and conditions. If received and we feel the return is in a non-saleable condition we will hold the item until we have received £3.99 from UK customers to cover the shipping cost.
